Congratulations, Bill!
The Western Heritage Award 2000 was awarded to Bill Dorrance at the Texas Cowboy and Poetry Gathering. This event was held in the Winter of 1999 at the Museum of the Big Bend at the Sul Ross University campus in Alpine, Texas.
The annual award is given to persons selected for their role in “preserving the heritage of the western frontier.”
